-	Gains on disposition of PPE of KRW 3.65 billion
-	Strengthen financial structure

Webzen signed an agreement to sell part of its land and property for KRW 7.465 billion.
The above stated land and property, has a book value KRW 3.82 billion as of June 30, 2007, and through this sale, Webzen is expecting a gain on disposition of PPE of KRW 3.65 billion.
Webzen believes that the sale will strengthen its financial structure and, is looking to dispose further unused assets in the future.
