GameOn Co., Ltd, which Webzen Inc. owns 4.49% as available-for-sale securities, has listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (MOTHERS Market) on December 8, 2006. Webzen Inc. disposed 640 shares (20%) out of a total of 3,200 share ownership in the form of selling existing shares to the public, at a price of 500,000 Yen. Webzen Inc. will take into consideration the market situation and price flow, and decide the time for additional disposal. The profit from the disposal will be recognized as gain on “disposal of available-for-sale securities” on our financial statement, and the remaining shares will be recognized as “gains on revaluation of securities” under the capital adjustment item on our balance sheet until they are disposed.
