Pursuant to Article 25 of the Articles of Incorporation of Webzen Inc.(“Webzen”). Webzen will hold Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the “EGM”) as described below.
At the EGM, three items including the approval of Merger Agreement with NHN games co., Ltd. will be resolved. Shareholders holding Webzen’s common shares as of May 06, 2010 will be entitled to vote at the EGM.
Webzen will do its best to establish the transparency of corporate governance and to recruit professional employees.
