WEBZEN has announced a new update for MU Archangel, its mobile MMORPG that follows the original MU franchise.
The latest 1.17 update patch will bring two new features: the Orb and the Myth, which will help players reach a higher level of strength with their character after the maintenance today.
First, Orb content will unlock after reaching Master Lv. 500, allowing various Orbs to be equipped onto each of the 6 slots to acquire several options and powerful property options. In addition, each Orb can be equipped with up to 3 spells and Spell Option and Spell effect can be obtained by equipping spells.
Each tier of Orb can be infused up to an 11-Star Rating, with players gaining access to powerful options and increased Property Skill level when reaching higher ratings.
This new Orb feature allows players to use an Orb Summon Crystal in order to summon an Orb and obtain items such as Orbs, Spells, and Orb Soul Infusion material. After 1 daily free Orb Summon, the Orb Summoning Crystal will be available to buy in the Shop.
The latest update also introduces the Myth feature, filled with Divinities, such as Poseidon, Apollo, and Zeus.
The first Divinity of the Myth content, ‘Poseidon’, will be unlocked for free after reaching Master Level 500. Mythical Power will be also increased by selecting and dragging Cubic, Gem and Orb owned onto the slot.
Players can even upgrade their Divinity by using Flame of Divinity or Breath of Divinity items after reaching a certain amount of Mythical Power, allowing them to get better Evolution options and a powerful property skill.
MU Archangel’s global version is currently available to download on the Google Play Store and App Store in Southeast Asian countries only, in English, Thai, and Chinese.
