MU Legend Theme Music Now Available with Jesper Kyd Interview

WEBZEN has released three compositions from the soundtrack of its upcoming action MMORPG MU Legend.
WEBZEN has joined forces with one of the most celebrated and admired modern video game composers, Jesper Kyd, for MU Legend's soundtrack. Jesper Kyd is a BAFTA award-winning and Billboard/MTV VMA nominated composer, especially well known for his contributions to various game series, including: Assassin's Creed, Borderlands, Darksiders, Hitman and State of Decay, to name just a few.
Immersing himself deeply in the game universe, the famous composer utilized his creative prowess to translate the thunderous epic battles and exotic fantasy world of MU Legend into diverse musical pieces.

MU Online's Speed Event Server Season 2 Is Now Live

WEBZEN has announced that MU Online's Speed Event Server Season 2 is now open to players.
This time around, the Speed Event Server offers players a maximum of 20,000% EXP along with top-ranked items to help level up their new characters and enhance gameplay.
Speed Event Server Season 2 will be running until the weekly maintenance on August 8th, 2017 (UTC). Players will be able to transfer their characters back to the original servers (Helheim, Midgard, Titan, Asgard and Vanaheim) for free, only one time. Except for Ruud, Muun and activated buff items, all items will be wiped on transfer back to the original servers.
To celebrate the arrival of Speed Event Server Season 2, the MU Online team has organized many special in-game events. During the event period, players can enjoy level-up rewards, ranking rewards, free gifts of [Bound] Bless of Light (Higher) x 10 & [Normal] Scroll Package (3 Days), and many more rewards from Captain Marlon's Mission Event.
Along with server-transfer events, players will be able to receive amazing benefits such as a reset package & free character transfer. Players who reach level 600 or above will also receive free buffs for 2 weeks. Additionally, players on the Vanaheim server will be rewarded with Wizard Ring (14 Days), Seal of Ascension 2 (14 Days), [Master] Seal of Wealth (14 Days), and Seal of Healing (14 Days).

MU Legend's Open Beta Set for September, 2017

WEBZEN has announced its upcoming action MMORPG MU Legend will enter its open beta phase this September.
The open beta comes with a whole new set of features, further enhancing the previous CBT versions of the game. As with the second closed beta, players will be happy to hear that the MU Legend OBT will be available in any of the following languages: English, French, German, Polish, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Over the entire three weeks of CBT sessions, MU Legend has hosted hundreds of thousands of beta testers.
In the intervening months, the MU Legend team continues to focus on a polished translation for all 6 languages on offer. This OBT version will also feature some deep, new content which will be explored in crispy detail in several dedicated spotlights (to be published on MU Legend's official Facebook page)! MU Legend's developers are enthusiastic gamers, and providing the very best OBT experience to players is their top priority: their constant, unyielding development work is forged by their natural love for games and their professional involvement.

As MU Legend fans' eagerness to explore the mysterious continent of MU has been building, rumors in the Dublin office have spread that players' core gaming skills would soon be put to use. Indeed, a server stress test will occur during the summer, and interested players will have the chance to help developers test the servers in real conditions in order to iron out any remaining potential weaknesses. MU Online's Speed Event Server Season 2 Coming on July 11th

WEBZEN today announced that its full-3D MMORPG MU Online has opened pre-registration for Speed Event Server Season 2.
Since the weekly maintenance on July 4th, 2017 (UTC), players who visit the official website and click the "Pre-register" button are rewarded with Wings of Conqueror (3 Days) and Divine Archangel Weapon (3 Days). Speed Event Server Season 2 offers players a maximum of 20,000% EXP to help speed up character levelling and enhance gameplay. In addition to EXP, players will be able to get their hands on some of the very best items, including the Bloodangel Mastery Armor Set, +11 Divine Weapon of Archangel (7 Days), Wings of Conqueror (7 Days) and many more. The server will go live after the weekly maintenance on Tuesday, July 11th.
Additionally, players will be able to transfer their characters to the original servers (Helheim, Midgard, Titan, Asgard and Vanaheim) for free. Even though all items will be wiped on transfer back to the original servers, players will be automatically awarded with special items according to the character level achieved on the Speed Event Server 2.
To celebrate Independence Day with U.S. players, the WEBZEN team has also launched the MU Online Survey Event. From July 4th to before the weekly maintenance on July 18th, all players who participate in the survey to share their feedback will receive [Bound] Bless of Light (Greater) x 7 and Master Scroll of Quickness (4 Days). Only those who have signed up to be a tester can access the CBT, and registered testers can download the game fully localized into English. Full instructions are available in the CBT invitation e-mail. The closed beta will run from today until 20:00 (UTC), 28th June, 2017. Upon conclusion of the CBT, all player progress and characters will be wiped.

During the closed beta phase, players will be able to reap benefits such as daily login gifts and rewards for completing 30/50/100 holes.
