MU Origin gets featured on Google Play Store today

WEBZEN has announced that MU Origin has achieved "Featured on Google Play" status just two weeks after its release.
MU Origin is a stunning real-time mobile MMORPG, featuring fast paced easy levelling, endless levels and contents. MU started off as a PC-based MMORPG back in 2001, it has actually been running for quite a long time with numerous content updates and a massive player base.
MU Origin was officially launched on July 28, 2016 in the West with high expectation. Thanks to a high brand awareness of MU in Brazil, it resulted in Top 6 highest-grossing game and Top 10 free game in Brazil’s App Store, on August 10, 2016. It was also ranked Top 15 in Google Play’s Top Grossing Games category on August 8, 2016, especially in Brazil’s market.
MU Origin is available now as a free download on the App Store for iPhone and iPad and Google Play for Android devices.
Meanwhile, WEBZEN is currently working on the release of its upcoming hack-and-slash MMORPG MU LEGEND. MU LEGEND is the prequel of the WEBZEN's original title MU ONLINE, and it is a highly anticipated work with powerful hack-and-slash combat, various PVP contents, and stunning graphics.

MU Origin launches on iOS and Android in the West Today

WEBZEN today announced that the long-awaited real-time Mobile MMORPG MU Origin is now available to download for free on the App Store for iPhone and iPad and on Google Play for Android devices in the Americas and Europe excluding Russia.
MU Origin is only available in English, and players can head over to iTunes to download the game for free or get it on Google Play.
Starting from today, players can explore a vast, open world in full 3D graphics as any of the three classes available on official launch: The Dark Knight, a master of melee combat; the Dark Wizard, wielder of radiant magic; and the Elf, goddess of war and beauty. Each class having their own distinctive sets of skills, equipment, and customization options.
In MU Origin, there are no limits to a character’s potential, players can strengthen their character through various features such as Wing Enhancements, Equipment Refinement, and Constellation Upgrades, each feature offering one more way to become stronger in order to face the dangers in the continent. MU Origin also offers an in-game Trading System and a real-time Auction House where players can buy and sell items, weapons, and armor to further strengthen their character.
Players are able to test their might by engaging in Daily Quests, Story Dungeons, Arenas, and completing the Main Story Quest. Players can also prove themselves in the Endless Tower, an ever-increasing set of challenges that offers massive rewards, and Hell-difficulty versions of Story Dungeons that give Epic Equipment. Players can also enter the Colosseum where a never-ending battle takes place for a massive boost in experience.
In the continent of MU, dangers lurk everywhere. Traversing the continent on one’s own can be a dangerous ordeal. Players can join guilds and take part in a variety of challenging group content such as Party Dungeons, Group PVP, Competition Dungeons, fighting for resources deep in the Crystal Mines, and other Guild-related activities such as hunting World Bosses and Golden Forces.
Along with the official launch, MU Origin’s pre-registration through the official MU Origin website hit all the milestones. Therefore, everyone logging in to the game on the day of the launch will receive free rewards, including Resurrection Stones (Resurrect Character), Gold Ingots, Seal of Ascensions (3X EXP Boost), 200 Bound Diamonds ($10 value), and Epic Chest Ticket (Premium Item).

CONTINENT OF THE NINTH SEAL (C9) Releases RAEBIN: The 2nd Update

WEBZEN today announced that the dungeon-based action MMORPG CONTINENT OF THE NINTH SEAL (C9) has released its latest content update RAEBIN: The 2nd Update.
The update was pushed live after the scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, July 26th, 2016 (UTC). WEBZEN has also released a trailer for C9, showcasing the features of the 2nd update for the 6th Continent of Raebin. With this update, C9 offers players an increased level cap of 70. The update introduces Twisted Forest Maze and Fallen Water Dragon Shrine, new areas in Raebin for players to explore. C9 actionist will have access to two new dungeons, along with all of the new and rare items, weapons, and armor.
From today until the weekly maintenance on August 9th, 2016 (UTC), the C9 team will be celebrating this release with a special 700% EXP boost event, max level event, and play-time event. Players will be able to reap benefits such as additional EXP, free items, daily login rewards and much more.
On top of this, even more events will be held for 4 weeks. Players will be able to obtain additional items from dungeons and daily login rewards, which can be exchanged for various cash items and skill books.
A level jump event is also available for new players, allowing those with a level 35 character to receive a free level boost, enabling them to jump right up to level 57. Those who have not played the game in a while will be able to get premium cash items, including Permanent Gear, Soul Sets, Skill Reset Scrolls, pets and much more during the event period.
In addition to the in-game events, WEBZEN has launched a new screenshot & video contest for C9. All participants will receive a special reward.
Additionally, new skill books for each class, a mini-game, the Purchase Agency System and Daily Mission System are now available with the update.
More new dungeons will be added to C9's fantasy world of Glenheim in the near future.

FLYFF's latest expansion "Turning Point Part 1" arrives in August

WEBZEN today confirmed that the latest expansion for popular manga MMORPG FLYFF ? Fly For Fun will be released on European & American servers on the 16th of August, 2016.
Additionally, WEBZEN has announced that the long-awaited server merges will be implemented for German and American servers after the expansion release.
FLYFF - Fly For Fun, an institution among manga MMORPGs with over 60 million registered accounts worldwide, surprised its Korean & Japanese players in the beginning of 2016 with a brand-new, action-packed expansion. ASTA Increases the Challenge of "Myth I: Wrath of the Berserkers"

WEBZEN today released a new content update for its Asian fantasy MMORPG ASTA - The War of Tears and Winds.
The patch notes for this update have been released and detail the new additions to the game. In "Dreamworld", the new battleground map, players can fight to capture the Sword of Prophecy! Two teams will take turns attacking and defending this fortified area. The team that either captures the Sword or successfully fends off their opponent’s attacks in the allotted time, wins!
The new update also has something for PvE fans. Usata, a new world boss in Wado, along with the new "Hard" difficulty for the two raids of the Mountain of Trials have been unleashed. Players will be able to fight for countless hours in quest of Artifact and Unique-grade equipment!
In celebration of this release, an event will be held allowing players to receive 1 extra dungeon entrance for free every day. An item will be given each day until the maintenance on the 26th of July, covering the different dungeons.
