PC Golf MMO ‘SHOT ONLINE’ commemorates the 19th Anniversary

WEBZEN, publisher of the online free-to-play game portal GamesCampus has announced today that the classic online golf game ‘SHOT ONLINE’ has kicked off its International Server’s 19th Anniversary events, with exclusive prizes and giveaways.
The beloved popular long-running golf MMORPG SHOT ONLINE is commemorating its 19th year of global service with numerous events starting from today until September 25.
Excitement is in the air as the game kicks off a thrilling collective challenge for all players. The Birdie Race Event will unlock rewards in eight stages based on the cumulative Birdie count from all players on the server. The first stage will unlock once 150,000 Birdies are reached, with each subsequent stage unlocking consecutively until the final stage that requires a total of 1,250,000 Birdies. Rewards for each stage include Special Happy Course EXP +20%, Anniversary Event Boxes and Birdie Race Giftboxes for all players. Everyone is encouraged to join in and contribute to scoring as many Birdies as possible to unveil all the rewards.
Secondly, the Anniversary Holecount Event will grant Event Course Cards to players who achieve specific Birdie milestones. These cards can be redeemed for rewards in the Item Exchange Event, including notable prizes such as Anniversary Costume EXP 500, Party Smart Ball Marker AA 10, Party Diamond Tee 10, and the Grace Vela VIP Card - 3 Days [55%]. The Holecount Event runs weekly with a different Event Course Card given as a reward each week, so players should make sure to participate in all weeks during the event period.
Moreover, by logging into the game daily from September 1 to September 24, players will receive rewards such as Smart Ball Marker AA 10, Superior Courage Token Exchange Ticket, and CO-Player Energy 25% Box for free through the Cumulative Attendance Event. Players should also not miss the special NG Event on September 8 and September 15, where NG bonuses will be doubled for all NG bonus achievements.
Finally, players who visit NPC Potter between September 1 and September 7 will receive a complimentary Anniversary Costume as a token of appreciation from the SHOT ONLINE team.

Tormenta Island - New Hunting Ground emerges in MU Online

WEBZEN, a global developer and publisher of PC and mobile games, has announced that its classic PC MMORPG, MU Online, has delivered the second update of MU Season 19-1, which features a new hunting area as well as powerful weapons and armors.
New Elemental Hunting Ground - Tormenta Island
Players will discover the new lore of Tormenta Island - taking place before the rise of Elveland. The newly added Elemental Hunting Ground is said to have served as a refuge for Elveans after the annihilation of Elve by Lemuria. To protect the island, Elveans built Iruha’s Wall, but it did not stop Lemuria from overpowering them and sealing the island. The Elveans fell into a deep sleep, only awakening as Lemuria's seal weakened. Now, though the seal has faded, Tormenta Island remains under the sway of Lemuria’s lingering influence, with Spirit-type Monsters ruling the island’s powerful energy.
Players with characters level 1,280 and above will be able to access the island via its entrance at Elveland (182,195) or by using 50,000 Zen to move via the Travel Command Window. The island’s main monsters are powerful level 850 monsters Storm Guard, Storm Reaper and Storm Fiend, and they will drop items such as Excellent Lightning Armors and Apocalypse Talisman of Chaos Combination Fragments.
9th Mastery Weapons - Apocalypse Weapons
Apocalypse Weapons can be crafted with a 100% success rate by combining Brilliant Weapons (8th Mastery Weapons) with a Mastery Combination material. Characters at level 1400 or higher can then equip these weapons according to their classes, unlocking their full potential and experiencing their immense power.
10th Mastery Armors - Ancient Lightning Armors
Ancient Lightning Set items can be crafted with a 100% success rate by combining Apocalypse Armors (9th Mastery Armors) with a Mastery Combination Material. Players can equip their class-specific Ancient Lightning Armors once they reach level 1500. Equipping more pieces of the same set enhances the strength of the set effects, providing the player with progressively greater benefits.
With this update, the maximum level cap has been raised from 1,550 to 1,600, allowing players to take on greater challenges. Additionally, players who reach level 1,550 before the cap increase will receive the Grow Lancer Muun (Season Level Reward), which will boost their Skill power and Basic Ability.
To celebrate the update, the team has rolled out a range of thrilling events and rewards running until September 10. Players can participate in the Elemental Symbols collection event to earn valuable prizes such as Talisman Element Change, Bless of Light (Greater), Ruud, and Bloodangel Soul. Along with that, the EXP Boost event will offer a 30% increase in EXP for monster hunting during the specified time, along with a 20% reduction in Monster HP throughout the entire event period.
Ultimately, players shouldn’t miss the chance to spin the Roulettes for a shot at rare items and seize the opportunity for limited-time discounts on exclusive items and packages in the Special Sales.

PC Golf MMO ‘SHOT ONLINE’ presents Sea Treasure Event

WEBZEN, publisher of the online free-to-play game portal GamesCampus has announced today that the classic online golf game ‘SHOT ONLINE’ has released the update that highlights a notable Sea Treasure event.
The Sea Treasure event is a leading part of the summer events hosted yearly by the Shot Online team. The event features a dice collection from participating in in-game events and dice rolling on the Dice Board to gain rewards. Players only need to submit the collected dice to NPC Melias and log in to the Shot Online official website to roll the dice on the Dice Board.
Players can acquire various rewards corresponding to the position landed on the Dice Board, and once the players complete each full round of the board, the Sea Treasure Gauge Bar will rise. According to the gauge bar, the players can receive grand Sea Treasure Rewards such as [Sealed] Special Enhancement Stone, G2 Reinforcement Ticket, Blessed Legend Fabric Piece Pouch +100, Legend Change Ember, Co-Player Energy Box 30%, and Legend Change Hammer.
Players can gather dice simply by participating in the in-game events below.
- Logging in to the game daily to obtain dice from the Cumulative Attendance
- Visiting NPC Melias during the event weekends to pick up complimentary dice in the Weekend Dice Giveaway
- Consuming Normal Runes in exchange for dice according to the number of Runes used in the Item Consume Event
- Crafting as many dice as desired in the Item Recipe System

MU Online releases Grow Lancer Class Renewal

WEBZEN, a global developer and publisher of PC and mobile games, has announced that its classic PC MMORPG, MU Online has released the latest update MU Season 19-1 Part 1 that includes the renewal of Grow Lancer class.
In this update, players will be able to experience the revamped version of the class “Grow Lancer” for the first time after the class release in 2015. Grow Lancer was the third female character to be released in MU Online after Elf and Summoner and is well known for its melee characteristics. Its main weapon is a lance and, depending on how the players distribute the stats, she can possess strong physical or elemental damage.

- Oversting: Summons a number of Grow Lancers equal to the number of targets, dealing a straight stab attack to each target
- Wild Breche: Swings the lance around the Grow Lancer for AoE damage

Furthermore, to help players get ahead faster to experience the reborn Grow Lancer, the MU Online team has prepared a special Speed Server, alongside various events starting from today.
Speed Server Events to nurture fast character growth
A Free Server Transfer Ticket from Speed Server to any original server will be provided once per account. Players can use this free item from Aug 6 until Aug 27.
Whilst in the Speed Server, all players will be rewarded 100 Ruud for every level-up from LV401 until LV800 with a total of 40,000 Ruud available. And, upon transferring to an original server, players who have reached the mission levels in the Speed Server will be able to receive extra exclusive rewards such as Talisman of Ascension and +11 Bloodangel Armor Set. Shot Online releases its first Major Update of 2024

WEBZEN, publisher of the online free-to-play game portal GamesCampus has announced today that the classic online golf game ‘Shot Online’ has released its first major update of the year, along with various update events.
The major update presents an exciting addition of the new Club Parts Feature that will help lower the player’s difficulty by strengthening the essential effects. Club Parts ? Slot expansion will be available for players who possess Legend Club with 3 expanded effects. ‘Grip’, ‘Shaft’, ‘Head’ slots can be unlocked progressively through NPC Salvador using ‘Brilliant Legend Hammer’.
To commemorate the first major update of the year, Shot Online’s team has prepared a total of 9 events that will keep all the golf enthusiasts busy for the months of May and June.
Starting from today until June 24, players can log in everyday to receive daily rewards such as ‘Star Dust Pouch’ and ‘Blessed Legend Fabric Piece Pouch +20’ through the Update Attendance Event.
Next is the Update Holecount Event that will reward players who score 100 and 120 Birdies, and 40 Eagles during the period of the event with an ‘Update Event Box’ that includes ‘Star Dust Pouch’, ‘Superior Courage Token Exchange Ticket’ and many more.
The Shot Online team also prepared the Trial Club Parts Mission Event for players to enjoy ‘Max Rank Trial Parts’ for 7 days.
