MU Archangel receives Curse Infused Holy Armor Update

WEBZEN announced that its mobile MMORPG, MU Archangel received the latest 1.14 update patch on November 22nd.
The latest update introduces the new Holy Armor Curse Marking system to the game, adding a new Awakening Mount feature.
Holy Armor is a PVP content that allows players to get a strong defense boost in battle against other characters. To wield the forbidden power of the Holy Armor Curse Marking and reach a higher level, each Curse Marking slot - Earth/Moon/Sun/Sky will be unlocked as the Holy Armor is promoted in the corresponding C/B/A/S ranks, and the Curse's Core for each slot can be obtained by completing a Sub-quest for each rank. The Holy Armor Curse Marking is also divided into Magic/Epic/Unique/Legendary(T)/Transcendent grades.
Once players unlock the Curse Marking slot, they can increase their Default Option and obtain a special Curse Option through the Curse Forge content. They can also level up their Curse Forge using Curse's Core as a material and reach a certain Curse Forge level to unlock special Curse Options.
To drastically increase their Default Option and Curse Option, players can promote Curse Forge to a higher rank through Curse Infusion using Shaman's Heart as a material. They can also obtain a powerful Curse Skill once all Holy Armor Curse Markings have been promoted to Unique grade or higher.
Furthermore, a powerful Curse Resonance Effect will be activated once 2 or more Holy Armor Curse Markings have been promoted to Unique grade or higher.
This new update also includes a new Mount Awakening System through which players can experience a brand-new mount skin and acquire powerful a Property Skill along with Mount Awakening.
In addition to the new contents, login rewards, weekly EXP buff, Loren Festival, special daily package, weekly package, top-up bonus and a first purchase event will await SEA players.
MU Archangel’s global version is currently available to download on the Google Play Store and App Store in Southeast Asian countries only, in English, Thai and Chinese.

Awaken Legends: IDLE RPG is now available in Canada and the Philippines

WEBZEN has announced that its new mobile idle RPG "Awaken Legends: IDLE RPG" is now available in early access in select regions.
Awaken Legends is a new idle RPG that allows gamers to enjoy a turn-based battle style game with over 50 powerful unique heroes to collect, intense PvP battles to wage, boundless worlds to explore, thrilling RPG adventure, and the strongest AFK squad in the land.
Awaken Legends is now available to download on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store in Canada and the Philippines.
To celebrate the launch in these two regions, WEBZEN is running various in-game events offering log-in rewards, daily quest rewards and more in-game items.
First, players will earn a variety of monthly log-in rewards, including Gems, Race Summoning Scrolls, Summoning Scrolls, and much more.
New players who log into the game for seven days will receive the Newbie Sign-In rewards, including Elite-Kalios hero, Gem, Race Summoning Scrolls and more.
If players also complete various daily quests, they will obtain unique rewards such as Elite-Evelynn Trafalgar hero depending on the difficulty level form Newbie Trial to Intermediate Trial.

Awaken Legends: IDLE RPG counts down to soft launch tomorrow

WEBZEN has announced that its new mobile idle RPG "Awaken Legends: IDLE RPG" enters a soft launch phase in select regions tomorrow.
Awaken Legends is a new idle RPG that allows gamers to enjoy a turn-based battle style game with over 50 powerful collectable heroes to collect, intense PvP battles to wage, boundless worlds to explore, thrilling RPG adventure, and the strongest AFK squad in the land.
WEBZEN is gearing up for the game’s soft launch in Canada and Philippines by rolling out the official website and revealing a sneak peek of Awaken Legends including the main story in the vast continent of Westland, as well as various details about hero characters of seven different factions ? Gifted, Human, Elf, Cyborg, Orc, Nogoth, and Brandon.
Players can choose from a variety of unique hero characters according to their battle style and build their ultimate squad to take down enemies or fight against other players in PvP battles. MU Online Speed Event Servers are now live ahead of upcoming Nidavellir and Nifl

WEBZEN has announced that its classic PC MMORPG MU Online’s Speed Event Servers are now open in preparation for the upcoming Nidavellir and Niflheim servers.
The two Speed Servers have been created to help players quickly level ahead of the launch of MU Online’s new servers, Nidavellir and Niflheim.
Player will need to select one of the two servers according to their country of residence for smooth participation in the Speed Server event. Also, the time for Castle Sieges will be different for each server according to the time zone. (Nidavellir: 04:00-06:00 AM(UTC) / Niflheim: 21:00-23:00 PM(UTC))
The new Nidavellir and Niflheim servers will go live on November 15, and the character’s class and level in the Speed Event Server will only be transferred to the new Nidavellir and Niflheim Server.In the meantime, the Speed Event Server will allow players to take the fast track to the increased level cap from Lv. 700 to Lv. 800, and also offer various event rewards and benefits starting from today until November 29.
First, players can receive Speedy Item Coupon including +9 Blood Angel Armor set, +9 Divine Archangel Weapon, Gold Channel Ticket and more.
Not only does the server helps characters grow faster, every time their master level character levels up to Lv. 500, 600, 700, and 800, they can earn 10,000 Ruud for every 100 level-up, with a maximum of 40,000 Ruud.
Along with a free server transfer, players who reach certain mission levels in the Speed Server will receive level up perks, including 200,000 Ruud, +13 3rd Wings +Luck (Bound), +11 Bloodangel Armor Set (60 Days) and much more in the upcoming original server.
Additionally, special log-in rewards, level-up rewards, first purchase event and level-up ranking event will await all the MU Online players all over the world. A limited time offer also includes a special deal for the Speed-up package.

WEBZEN unveils Awaken Legends: IDLE RPG for the global market

WEBZEN has opened a teaser website for its new mobile idle RPG "Awaken Legends: IDLE RPG" today.
Awaken Legends: IDLE RPG (a.k.a project F) is a new idle RPG that allows gamers to enjoy a variety of battle contents combined according to the characteristics of their hero collection and character development.
The game features over 50 powerful heroes to collect, intense PvP battles to wage, boundless worlds to explore, thrilling RPG adventure, and the strongest AFK squad in the land.
