MU Online Season 13: Part 1 to Arrive on August 21st

WEBZEN a global developer and publisher of free-to-play games, announced today that the newest update for its full-3D MMORPG MU Online will be released on August 21st, 2018 (UTC).
After the scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, August 21st, the Season 13: Part 1 content update will bring a host of new features into the game, including a new map ‘Swamp of Darkness’, 4th Wings, new Mastery weapons and armors, and Skill Enhance Tree System Improvement along with an increased level cap up to level 920.
Swamp of Darkness is a new area available for those level 800 or higher, which consists of five elemental fields: Fire, Wind, Water, Earth, and Darkness. Players can meet new powerful monsters and collect many dropped items by defeating them.
In addition to new features, this new update will include a strengthened server and game stability, an enriched experience to enjoy with a multitude of additional events, and system improvements and adjustments.
Starting today until the weekly maintenance on August 21st, the MU Online team is holding warm-up events to accompany the launch of Season 13: Part 1 on the official website.
Players will be able to take part in festive mini events, including playing the game for an hour a day, and sharing their memorable moments on MU to get a special boost package. More special events will be coming along with the arrival of the Season 13: Part 1 next week. Shot Online Golf: World Championship is now live on iOS and Android

WEBZEN has launched its new mobile golf game Shot Online Golf: World Championship worldwide including the United States and Europe.
Following its previous soft launch in Canada, Australia, Latin America and Southeast Asia, Shot Online Golf: World Championship is now available to download for free worldwide.
Shot Online Golf: World Championship is a realistic golf game that brings an authentic golfing experience to players through their mobile devices. The game is the first spin-off of Shot Online, the legendary PC Golf MMO, in which players compete against global opponents in real time on a range of real and fictional courses.
To celebrate the grand launch, Shot Online Golf: World Championship will be holding two events for the users. A Special Login Event will provide valuable rewards to the users who access the game for 7 days, and a Hole-Cup In Event will give extra Gold, the in-game currency, by chance from holing out a round.

Flyff's Latest Expansion "Turning Point - Part 2" Is Now Live

WEBZEN has announced that the latest expansion for the manga & anime MMORPG Flyff ? Fly For Fun, titled Turning Point - Part 2, has successfully been released on European and North American servers today.
Players across the world can now finally enjoy the new content in English, French and German.
The expansion introduces the newly besieged Mars Mine dungeon: tree-like creatures now inhabit the mines and Depressed Naiphins need the help of the bravest heroes to find their way out. New armor, weapons and gems make this dungeon run the ultimate choice for high-level players.
This second and last chapter of the "Turning Point" saga also frees characters from level-cap restrictions by adding 15 additional levels (from 155 to 170), starting an exciting race for the fastest-levelling player in Madrigal.
New Guild War rewards are also part of the update, with 2 new cloaks now timed to 7 days. This change will turn Guild Wars into a recurrent and more competitive event: winning guilds will need to prove themselves on a weekly basis to keep the most powerful cloak in the game.
Moreover, thanks to the new Fusion system, players can now sacrifice unwanted "Decos" to obtain different ones, with a chance to even get the popular and valuable Dragon costume.
But this is not all: WEBZEN has confirmed that the developers will be working on this content update constantly during the year, and that additional patches will bring more and more features in the coming months. With this news, the Flyff team believes it is indeed a true "Turning Point" for the future of the game.

MU Legend Releases New Spellbinder Class

WEBZEN today released the new Spellbinder class for its ARPG MU Legend.
The Spellbinder is the 5th class available in the game, and its arrival today will give players a new gameplay experience. A support mage, MU Legend's newest class uses wide-area crowd control and devastating direct hits to defeat enemies.

While the Spellbinder is the highlight of today's release, WEBZEN has also announced several important additions to the game, starting with a new dungeon: Lupa's Ancient Archive.
The dungeon accompanies an upgrade of the existing Epic dungeons, which introduces 5 new difficulty levels. Additional achievements, along with new Set and Mythic items, also await players. Furthermore, the release comes with the opening of a new Faction War season.
To celebrate the update, the MU Legend team has deployed several events. Players can get reward boxes simply by creating a new character. Those who have not played since before 7 March can also receive rewards, as will players who log in during one (or all) of the weekends between 20 March and 17 April.
The Spellbinder also has its own in-game event, named "The Chakram Event", for which the players can earn multiple rewards. Finally, MU Legend will celebrate the Easter season starting on 20 March with the "Easter Hunt Dungeon" event. MU Ignition launches the second content update

WEBZEN has announced that its epic browser MMO MU Ignition launched the second content update.
MU Ignition is a browser-based MMO and is the latest addition to the MU franchise, which includes MU Legend, MU Origin, and MU Online.
The second update to MU Ignition includes the imprint system, polish system, mount skills and various content improvements.
Players with level 300 or higher can benefit from 2-option Excellent equipment of any class by imprinting it and activating the imprint bonus. Stats will be increased when imprinting equipment, and a higher imprint grade will be activated when imprinting Excellent equipment with a required option.
Also, players can train their mounts to use various skills, using Mount Skill Books. Mount Skill Books are obtainable by defeating boss monsters with level 200 or higher, or participating in Castle Siege, regardless of the Castle Siege result. The higher the mount grade is, the more skills the mount can learn.
In addition, a new Polish System is also available. Players can reset Excellent Options of an Archangel weapon by consuming a non-Excellent Archangel weapon. Players can save time and effort greatly with this system and even choose whether to apply the polishing result or not.
This update also contains a lot of content improvements and optimization. Players will be able to enjoy better rewards from Secret Vault, more convenient AFK battle and easier event requirements.
Additionally, the MU Ignition team will be running a special event “Daemon of the Sea.” Monsters with Level 150 or above will randomly drop a “Torpedo” item from March 14 to March 15, 2018. All players can use the item to attack the merman “Triton” and randomly receive various rewards including Condor’s Fire, Triton Potion, Free Pass and more. Also, players who reduce the Triton’s HP bar will obtain a “Kundun’s Chest.”
