Age of Wulin Releases New Expansion on 10th March 2015

Seoul, Korea – 16th February, 2015 – WEBZEN, a global developer and publisher of free-to-play games, is delighted to announce that the martial arts MMORPG, Age of Wulin will release its third expansion on 10th March 2015.
Introducing new playable factions, a weather system, dynamic events and many other features, “Chapter 4: Betrayal & Forgiveness” will put the adventurers' allegiance to the test as they gain the opportunity to betray their peers for a new Faction, Sect or to become a Vagrant.
From 10th March, players will be able to abandon their Sects to either join one of the 6 playable Factions, one of the 7 remaining Great Sects, or go on their own path, free from rules and teachings to become a true vagabond. Adventurers will be allowed to choose their preferred way of leaving their current Sects in different ways, each with its own advantages and inconveniences: Betrayal, the quickest method to leave a Sect, but inflicting an important punishment to the character; Training Down the Mountain, where the player has to ask permission and survive subsequent attack to join one of the 6 new Factions; or Leaving in Disguise, inflicting the least punishment for leaving the Sect but with a difficult task for the player to fulfil in order to earn freedom.
Furthermore, the Age of Wulin team has already revealed the 3 of the 6 Secret Factions: the Rootless Clan, the Shifting Flower Palace and the Peach Blossom Island. Each of these Factions has its own story, characters and requirements to join its ranks. Should the player fulfil them, a range of unique skills and abilities specific to the Faction will become available.
The first Faction, the Rootless Clan, is a cabal of Eunuchs which has been amassing their wealth as tax collectors of the Empire. Reviled and feared, they use the Sword as weapon and their main skills take focus in leeching the life of their enemies.
The Shifting Flower Palace is a female-only Faction, well-versed in fine arts and surrounded by beauty. Although attracted by alluring settings, these warrior maidens are no less dangerous, as they seek revenge against the men who wronged them. Using a Ring as weapon, their skills are based on dodging attacks and crowd control.
The last Secret Faction revealed is Peach Blossom Island, a retreat for martial arts experts looking for isolation from the worldly matters, until their skills are needed again. Entering this idyllic land unannounced comes at a price, as strangers are killed without ceremony by a resident master. Using Flute and Sword as weapons, these fighters utilise music for their offensive and defensive skills.

SEVENCORE releases "Tower of Chaos" on Spanish Server

Seoul, Korea, 6th February, 2015 - WEBZEN, a global developer and publisher of free-to-play games, is delighted to announce that free-to-play MMORPG SEVENCORE will release the latest content update on its Spanish Server "Excalibur".
After the scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, 10 February, SEVENCORE fans on the Spanish Server will be able to fully enjoy the latest update bringing the level cap increase from level 95 to 100. In conjunction with this improvement, players will also be able to explore new area with quests, and a new dungeon: Tower of Chaos.
Tower of Chaos is a new dungeon where players have to explore each level to find powerful monsters and defeat them in order to the next level. Tower of Chaos will take players on a treacherous journey through 100 floors, where the most powerful monsters and rare weapons, and equipment will be waiting.
With the increased level cap, players who reach level 100 will be able to explore a completely new area: Camela Desert, with new exciting quests and precious rewards.
From 10th to 24th February (UTC), the Monster’s Carnival Event will be organised by the SEVENCORE team to mark the launch of the update. In addition to the event, PvP enthusiasts will be able to participate in Wednesday PvP Tournament taking place every Wednesday from 11th February (UTC). MU ONLINE: BATTLE CORE Opens with Survival of the Fittest Events

Seoul, Korea – 2nd February, 2015 - WEBZEN, a global developer and publisher of free-to-play games, has announced the release of Battle Core, MU ONLINE’s latest content update.
After the scheduled maintenance on February 3rd (UTC), newly updated features of Battle Core will be available for all players.
This new content update focuses on Battle Core, a new server for the battle field of the heroes of the MU continent. Battle Core is a place where users from different servers can come together and fight each other to find the strongest among them. Players will be able to join several battles and competitions in this server, and characters from each server can apply for the Battle Core through the NPC ‘Ellin’.
Once players enter the Battle Core server, they will be able to participate in the Chaos Castle Survival of the Fittest and Tormented Square Survival of the Fittest Events through the NPC ‘Mite’. Both tournaments will be organised by the MU ONLINE team from the 3rd through to the 9th of February (UTC).
Chaos Castle is a daily event that allows you to enter the Battle Core according to your level. Tormented Square is the Survival of the Fittest tournament of the “Devil Square Event” which is very difficult. Each team of 2 people competes for monster kill points and survival points, testing their character’s limit in the Survival of the Fittest Event.
The winner of the Chaos Castle Survival of the Fittest Event will receive the ‘Conqueror’s badge’ to get the ‘Wings of Conqueror’, and the winner of the Tormented Square Survival of the Fittest Event will receive the ‘Badge of Hardships’ to get the ‘Dark Transformation Ring’ via Noria Chaos Goblin. ARCHLORD 2 Releases Its Next Major Update

Seoul, Korea, 3rd February 2015 - WEBZEN, a global developer and publisher of free-to-play games, is delighted to announce that the PvP-focused MMORPG Archlord 2 has just released its latest content update following the Eternal Strife expansion in December 2014.
New territories, a new dungeon, increased level cap of 51 and many more features are introduced in this new update.
Starting today, players can delve deeper into the lore of Chantra with the addition of two new areas: the Land of Corruption and the Sunny Garden. Once a rich and fertile, the Land of Corruption was the scene of a bloody battle between ruthless nobles fighting for its possession. Alas, their conflict attracted attention of the Dark Priest Galia, who created his own army of undead from the fallen warriors in order to eliminate the living and further advance his sinister plot. It will be down to the Azuni to liberate the Land of Corruption from the undead invaders and put an end to the suffering of its inhabitants. In the Sunny Garden, the Crunn will have to look after their own territory and rescue it from the clutches of darkness. This derelict sanctuary, once cherished by the Gods and a home to many precious relics, had been infected by Galia’s power which even turned the Dragon Guardian into a formidable enemy slaying anyone daring to enter its realm.
Both factions will have to take down this powerful enemy in the new dungeon, the Underground Garden of Light. Vanquishing the dragon won’t be an easy feat, but will ensure the end of the corruption spreading throughout Chantra and reward players with incredible loot for their characters.
The PvP aspect of the game hasn't been left behind either, as the new update introduces a new Skirmish for players on level 46 and above: the Red Tear Land. On this new battlefield, the goal for each team is to be the first to destroy the enemy’s Sentria in order to rise victorious and claim the rewards.
With the level cap being increased to 51, a whole new tier of equipment has been made available to players both in PvE and PvP.

SEVENCORE Reveals Content Update with New Class 'Assassin'

Seoul, Korea, 13th January, 2015 - WEBZEN, a global developer and publisher of free-to-play games, is delighted to announce that free-to-play MMORPG SEVENCORE unleashed the latest content update with the brand-new class ‘Assassin’ today.
After the scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, 13 January, the Assassin is now available for both English and Spanish servers.
Assassins are masters of agility who fight using daggers or claws to eliminate their opponents. Assassins specialise in melee combat, dealing swift and deadly blows using Daggers or Claws. Assassins bring both a high critical chance and dodge rate to the table, allowing them to outmanoeuvre foes before landing the finishing blow.
Claw Assassins are powerful melee fighters with access to numerous abilities to boost their critical chance, as well as skills allowing them to deal quick attacks to numerous foes. Claws specialise in striking quickly, dealing a large number of small blows in a short period of time. Claws pierce their enemy's defence by puncturing their armour, dealing critical damage.
Dagger Assassins rely more heavily on single target damage, with the ability to cloak themselves in order to deal powerful stealth attacks to unsuspecting enemies. Along with a strike from the shadows, exploiting your opponent's weakness and dealing crippling blows, Daggers allow the Assassin to deal small, quick blow, while being more agile than their warrior counterparts.
With this new content update, SEVENCORE offers an increased level cap for characters in English Server, going from level 60 to level 80. In conjunction with this increase, players with level 80 character will be able to explore a new field, Ancile Islands.
From now until 27 January, the Dungeon Runner Event will be organised by the Sevencore Team. Once players accept an event quest from event NPC at Delos and clear the dungeon, they will get a special prize.
In addition, a brand-new item Mechanical Mount will be available to buy on limited offer until the scheduled maintenance on 27 January 2015 (UTC).
